Another lovely stay in Lombardy Cottage. It’s like coming home. We had very relaxing time and the colours were just amazing -even without the sun shining. A new edition of NZ Life & Leisure fluttered into the house so that was an evening relaxing and reading in front of the fire.

We absolutely loved Lombardy Cottage – it is so beautiful and the garden is enchanting. I had a lovely time wandering around breathing in the fantastic sweet peas and lavender, and marvelling at the vegetable garden, checking out the creek and all the planting. Sometimes when you look forward to going somewhere for a long time it can be a disappointment. Lombardy Cottage was better than I ever imagined.
